![]() If I can enter some data at the creation stage in protools and if.big if, Protools automatically entered data from the comments area of the protools interface, or from the track name at least, then I could add collection info archive number etc in protools and have it remain in the header all the way through. My protools files will be exported to the Quadriga Audio File Inspector/batch processor. I am using Protools 5 at present but am looking to upgrage to PT6 and the BWF functionality is an important issue for me. I am comparing Protools BWF functionality to Cubetec Quadriga BWF functionality. I guess I am asking about what automatically gets entered into the BWF header by protools and what can be manually entered. Just how sophisticated is the BEXT info that Protools adds. ![]() I was wondering if it is possible to enter data into the bext chunk from within protools and to see the BWF data for any region in protools.
